Shipping policy

we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 2 to 7 working days.

• Delivery fees will be :
•Orders inside Cairo and Giza shipping Fees is 200 Egp, others will be 250 Egp.

- In case of you checked the order and refused to receive it, you Will be charged 100 LE.

- In Case of Returns you will be charged 200 LE as return shipping Fees

- If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

- Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.
